Okay...
So today I read this manga that i really liked so I'm gonna talk about it a bit. :) If your not a manga nerd don't read on =D I don't think that anybody who reads my blog reads manga but since Candy Cane is my amazing yellow buddy this will be kinda-ish directed at her. I love using ish at the end of words. Anyways I'm gonna go back to the topic of my little manga rant.

So the manga I read is called TISTA and it is super awesome. The main character's name is Tista Lone and she is a pretty antisocial girl who is deemed weird by other people. She is an orphan who was taken in by a covenant and raised by a brother called Brother Lone. Seems pretty typical eh? The twist that I really liked in this story was that Tista was actually a sniper/assassin who kills off corrupted people in this world. Seems too goody goody? Well, it just so happens that Tista manged to inherit an eye at a very young age from brother Lone that allows her to have amazing precision and shoot from incredibly far distances. This eye is not genetically inherited, instead it is a virus that attaches to the eye of the host and is passed through emotions of wanting to kill. (or revenge or hardcore anger) If you're wondering how a young child managed to have those kind of feelings, it is because a friend of Tista's, Suzy, was abused by her parents and ended up attempting suicide because she thought that she was a bad child who was no longer needed in the world. Tista tells her that she is not a bad child and vows to be the bad child for them both. She is then seen later by Brother Lone dragging a nun to the the highest point in the covenant saying that she can see the most things from a higher place. He thinks nothing of it until he sees that she is holding a knife and that her eye now has a target symbol imprinted on it which means that she has begun the transfer of the virus from Brother Lone to her.

The series fast forwards to 10 years later where Sister Milita, Tista's codename when she is an assassin, is a huge criminal who is hunted by the FBI and wanted everywhere. She is walking to school one day as Tista when she is almost hit by a car but is saved by a boy named Arty Drawer. The two start off slow but eventually become friends. Arty later asks Tista is he is able to draw her for a art gallery and she reluctantly agrees. That night Sister Milita is assigned a task to kill the organizer of the art gallery that Arty was participating in because the organizer (Arty's uncle) is planning to sneak 200 kg of cocaine in all of the art pieces to sell to his buyers. Tista sneaks in and kills Arty's uncle but is noticed and therefore has to kill everybody else in the building. Arty happens to be there as well and because of the friendship that they have, Sister Milita decides not to kill him even though he recognized her and leaves him as the only one alive in the building.

Tista then disappears and Arty desperately searches for her, moved by his efforts, her feelings of anger falter a bit and that is when her vision starts to deteriorate. Tista sanity is challenged as the only thing that has kept her alive since she got the virus was her vision and her feelings of anger. She is locked up in order to not be found by the FBI who are searching for her and to be isolated so that her anger can return. The FBI are closing in on her when she is finally let out and Tista is given a choice, to either kill Arty, who is her only close friend, or to be shut away and isolated forever. Since her sanity is falling apart, she decides to kill Arty.

The story then continues on as Tista prepares and the intimidating date comes. she calls Arty on her cellphone and leads him to a deserted alley in which she wants to kill him. In the end, she cannot kill him and another mysterious person starts shooting Arty in the limbs. He tells her that shooting the brain stem is the quickest and most painless way to kill somebody so she should kill Arty already to relieve him of his pain but she cannot bring herself to do it.

Anyways....

I'm too lazy to finish this right now so i'll finish the summary and my little rant later..
